We roast our beans to order to ensure maximum freshness. Orders typically process within 24-48 hours, and standard shipping takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.

Can I return coffee if I don't like the taste?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an error with your order or damage during shipping, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement.

Yes! You can choose your favorite blend and set a delivery frequency of every 1, 2, or 4 weeks. Subscribers save 15% on every order and can cancel at any time.

What is the best way to store my Dark Matter Coffee?

We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum freshness or choose from various grind sizes, including Drip, Espresso, and French Press, during the checkout process.
